Graduate Teaching Assistant | Januaray 2020 – Present

Teaching Assistant for online course ISyE 6644 Simulation and Modelling for Engineering and Science by Professor Dave Goldsman for Online Master of Science in Analytics Program (OMSA). Conducting online office hours, and solving doubts on Piazza platform. Developed online course ISyE 6739 Statistical Methods on EdX and will be launching in Fall 2020.

Research Assistant | October 2019 – Present

Working with Coskun Lab at Georgia Tech to develop a Comprehensive and Interactive Lab Management System which will minimise manual interventions in daily tedious lab procedures and improvise operating systems of labs. Phase one has been developed and is available here.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, India

Operations Officer | July 2017 – July 2019

Successfully implemented Machine Care and Autonomous Maintenance Project on shop floor of LPG Plant. The project was a huge success, in that plant’s productivity had improved drastically by 40% over previous year. Mentored 10 other plants of HPCL for this project work, during my tenure as Operations Officer. Developed Machine Care Portal to determine performance of plants online.

Research Assistant | May 2016 – June 2017

Digital Simulation of IC Engine: Worked with Dr. S. A. Channiwala at Sophisticated Instrumentation Centre and carried out digital simulation of Producer Gas and Natural Gas fired SI engine using MATLAB and ANSYS software. The results of this simulation were compared with practical engine available with City Municipal Corporation and were quite satisfactory.

Summer Research Fellow | May 2015 – July 2015

Intermittent Vapor Absorption System: Worked with Dr. S. R. Kale and Dr. Sanjeev Jain at IIT and developed an intermittent vapor absorption system for ice making using waste heat and design was implemented in rural areas for ice making where electrification is not possible. One of 20 students to receive this Fellowship out of 500+ applications.
